Briefings by e-mail
'Current events in Context'
When we started adding Newsletters to our Information Service in 1997, it was to cover occasional 'special events' which happened in the intervals between deliveries of our 6 Market Analyses.
- The first Newsletter was stimulated by the termination of a major, long-running European DMS project - the third to 'die' in a 12 month period with a total of lost investments of over $200 million.
Over the years, subscribers have told us that the Newsletters are a valuable addition and should have an increasing role...without becoming 'too heavy'.
- They are now called 'Briefings' because they have always aimed to be more than just 'news', and are an extension of our Analyses.
Three examples can be viewed from the links below..
There is no formal schedule to our Briefings.
They are stimulated by events in the markets around the world - but mostly in Europe and North America.
- During 2005 - an exceptionally 'busy' year, the number of events which needed to be reported and analysed increased, causing 30 Briefings to be delivered - up by 40% on the previous year.
- 2006 started very early with two major developments to be analysed - one affecting North America and the other having global significance. In total, 27 were delivered.
- Typically, we expect to deliver 24+ Briefings during the year.
Our Briefings are available as part of an annual subscription to our information service, or with the purchase of 2 or more of our Analyses. (See Subscription Details Page)
